Using the calendar on the Nokia 9300 smartphone is a convenient way to keep track of your appointments and set reminders for important events. The Nokia 9300 also gives you access to a large contact database where you can store multiple phone numbers, email details, and even a thumbnail photo for each contact. The task list is a convenient place to write and store short notes, list things you need, or note items requiring your attention. These applications can be synchronized with Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes applications on your PC via Nokia PC suite software*, so that you always have the most up-to-date information on each device.

Handsfree Speakerphone

Use the built-in speakerphone by simply opening up the device. The speakerphone automatically picks up and transmits sound as soon as the phone is opened.

Conference Calling

You can use your Nokia 9300 to host conference calls with up to six participants. During a call, you may wish to take notes or give a colleague a phone number stored in your contact database. With the Nokia 9300 it is easy to multi-task while on a call.

Email and Messaging

Your Nokia 9300 provides a number of messaging options. You can set up email connectivity so that you have access to your private and work email accounts.
